Podcast: Why are tensions rising on the Eritrea-Djibouti border?

Following the withdrawal of Qatari peacekeepers, Djibouti has accused its neighbor Eritrea of sending troops to occupy disputed territory that is meant to be demilitarized under the terms of a 2010 deal. We spoke with Kjetil Tronvoll, professor of peace and conflict studies at Bjørknes College, about the reasons for the cross-border tensions and possible ways that the situation could be defused.
